Maverick, aka Max von Merzig, is a tall, handsome 7 year old German Shepherd. One look into sweet Maverick’s eyes and you will be hooked! His stunning resume includes: housebroken, good alone in the yard or house, good with kids, and loves a good game of fetch. Maverick does well in play groups or pack walks with other pups (but he says no to cats). Although he can start off  hand shy with strangers, once he warms up, he readily accepts pets and enjoys human company. If you have a large dog bed at home (Maverick’s favorite!) and a place in your heart for a new best friend, look no further than Maverick.
